Use this as your base to enjoy and explore the Colorado Front Range! Let your kids play in the backyard while you sit on the patio enjoying the fabulous Colorado weather., or cooking up burgers and dogs on the grill. This is a two story, vaulted ceiling home with 3 bedrooms upstairs, family room and dining/kitchen on the main floor. Nice size backyard overlooked by the patio that has table, chairs, umbrella, grill and firepit. A great space to base your weekend, week or month long adventure in Colorado! This is a family friendly neighborhood with nearby parks, groceries, and other amenities. This neighborhood is a little over 6,000 feet in elevation, so tends to be a little cooler than Denver. You can park in the driveway or in the two car garage. Residential neighborhood with nice mix of younger and older families. Large grocery store along with local dining at the edge of this wonderful area (less than 5 mintues to drive). Residentail neighborhood. Within a few minutes there is a state park that has numerous hiking trails. About a ten minute drive to the famed Outlets at Castle Rock!
