## Space PLEASE NOTE THE HOME LOOKS BETTER ON PICTURES - IT'S AN OLD HOME THAT IS "TIRED" LOOKING AND NEEDS SOME RENOVATION, HOWEVER EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY AND IS A GOOD DEAL FOR ACCOMMODATION WITH MANY ROOMS IN MANCHESTER. The ground floor has one bedroom, one dining room, a shower room & W.C as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor features a small double and a king bedroom, another restroom and a comfortable living room. The 2nd floor is has two further bedrooms, one a small double and one en-suite king. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. All 3 bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Stockport is situated South-East of Manchester city. The borough is home to the UK’s only dedicated hatting museum. Come visit several medieval and Tudor halls, notably Peel Hall in Heaton Moor and Bramall Hall in Bramall. The Plaza, the UK’s only remaining super cinema and variety theatre, and Stockport Viaduct are significant landmarks of Stockport. There's also Staircase House and Stockport’s Air Raid Shelters the local's attractions. Stockport also has many beautiful walks and gorgeous scenery, like Etherow Country Park and Abney Hall Park. When it comes to shopping, visitors can enjoy from the high street stores of Merseyway Shopping Centre and The Peel Hall centre, to the independent wares of the Stockport Market Place, and the Cheadle Makers Market. Speaking of food and drink, Stockport has plenty of offerings for all tastes, including the unique, menu-less Where The Light Gets In, plus opportunity to visit the historic Robinsons Brewery for a tour and beer tastings. ## Transit Stockport has fantastic transport links to the Manchester City Centre meaning a day out in this historic borough is a perfect location to visit. Steps away from the flat are the Broom Lane bus stop (line 191, 192). The 191 bus will bring you from Hazel Grove to Albert Square. Bus 192 runs between Hazel Grove in the Metropolitan Borough of Stockport and Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester city center. Levenshulme train station (Northern Line) is just 10 mins walk away. Manchester Airport is a 16-mins drive from the flat. ## Notes This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
