This house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island with great orientation and incredible sea views. Suitable for 8 persons, it is located near the sandy beach KARAVI. It is so close to the beach, that morning and afternoon you will not lose your swim. Only 7 minutes by car is the port, the local market and taverns. The house is in a complex with 6 more independent villas, each one having its own garden. A small green oasis for relaxing siestas under the pine trees. The veranda with a breath-taking view to the Aegean Sea and the island of Sifnos, is ideal for complete relaxation. The house is ideal for families and for those who want to be close to the beach and to the other attractions of the island in a calm environment. It can be the starting point for a Cyclades tour, since it is connected by ferry to the other neighbouring islands. The villa is autonomous giving you everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay during the summer but also during spring and autumn, when the island is at its best. The house is deployed in three levels. The ground level where is the living room with built in sofa, and open plan fully equipped kitchen leading to the veranda with a splendid view where up to eight people can dine under a pergola. At the lower level there are 2 double rooms and 1 with two twin beds. There are two bathrooms with shower at the lower level. There is a laundry room with all the necessary. This level has its own separate entrance so that you don't have to pass from the main floor. On the upper level there is a separate double room with its own bathroom. The view from the room is unique. You can enter and exit the room by a separate entrance from the veranda. Each room is equipped with floor fans. The house is very well oriented and very well sheltered by the wind. Even with high beaufort, you can dine on its veranda without having to worry about the wind. The house is simple and easy in order to facilitate the guest to relax during vacation and provides two open parking spaces. Car is fully recommended.
