House with gourmet area and large garden at 100 meters from the N1199 beach

Private garden with plenty of space to practice sports, mezzanine overlooking the sea and gourmet area with barbecue! In addition, the site is located less than a block from Praia do Morro das Pedras, an extension of Praia do Campeche. The accommodations offer a cozy living room, bright and airy, integrated with the dining space for 8 seats and an American-style kitchen. The kitchen is equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals in the comfort of the place. Living with Smart Tv and 120 mega wifi internet, for the exclusive use of guests. On the ground floor, in addition to the living room and kitchen, we have a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer and a guest toilet. Upstairs, on the first floor, the bedrooms are located, one being a double suite with a small closet, TV and private balcony. The second bedroom has a king size bed and built-in closets to store your belongings, also with a balcony and, finally, in the third bedroom there is another double bed. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned with air conditioning. On the top floor we have a cozy mezzanine, also air conditioned and with Smart TV, as well as a double sofa bed. 3 parking spaces, one covered. IMPORTANT: The small fireplace located on the mezzanine cannot be used, it is just a decorative item. IMPORTANT 2: Only small pets are accepted, upon consultation with the host. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of registration form outside of Airbnb for all guests after booking is closed; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodation, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am; (4) it is prohibited to smoke and/or use illegal drugs inside the condominium accommodations and common areas. Failure to comply with the house rules are reasons to terminate your stay immediately and/or charge for any damages, extra cleaning and condominium fines caused by breaking these rules.
