The Lake House is a sprawling home spread across three levels that hosts 8 guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, being ideal for your next holiday with family and friends. Located on the top floor you have the master suite with a queen bed, walk in robe, ensuite and your own private balcony overlooking the lake. Please note: the yard is not fenced. Entry level is the hub with a cinema room, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen with study nook and eatery, living area, bedrooms two and three featuring double beds and built-in robes, bedroom four is set up as a kids retreat, featuring two single beds and a sofa setting to relax. The lower level offers a games room with pool table, another bathroom, laundry, and access to the rear where you can enjoy a swim in the pool overlooking the magnificent sunsets on the lake. The Lake House is your perfect lake front sanctuary where you can relax or be adventurous, or a bit of both, the choice is yours. Note: The lake provides stunning scenic views and abundant birdlife and is suitable for water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, jet skis, boating, fishing, and water skiing, however due to tides that can bring in seagrass and weeds it is not recommended for swimming. Rocky Point is close to Wyong River and on Tuggerah Lake. Friendly, caring neighbourhood with helpful locals. Rocky Point is perfectly located because it's in between two large shopping centres, also has Wyong township just down the road. For the keen golfer in the family, you can tee off from Kooindah Waters Golf Club or for the more adventurous or the young at heart, head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest. All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees. A security deposit will be required as a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and online check in form will need to be completed along with providing a copy of your driver’s licence and credit card and returned prior to arrival. This will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the security deposit amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 (higher for more prestigious properties). For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property. Check-in times are from 2pm–5pm and conducted at our Di Jones Offices (Terrigal/Avoca) or some properties do have a lock box where you can directly check in at the property. Arrival after this time (up till 10pm) may incur a late check-in fee of $50. Check-in after 10pm is not available. Sorry, we have a strict no party and no smoking policy. Minimum age restriction is 21 years. This is a quiet residential area.
