Ilias House is a two-floor 80 sq.m. house, just 50 meters from the blue-flag awarded, fully organized sandy beach of Rethymno. It is located in a few minutes walk from Rethymno center and the old town. The beach promenade from the house to the center is a wide pedestrian pavement, with resting areas and a bicycle lane. The sunset from this promenade in unforgettable. In just a few meters from the house, there are all possible amenities and tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and ATM.
