The duplex apartment of 32 m² can accommodate up to 5 people and is composed of a living room with a sofa bed, kitchenette, dining table, bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, bathroom with bath. Proximity of the alpine and nordic ski slopes in winter, and hiking and biking trails in summer. The apartment: Located on the first floor of a family residence, facing southeast, it is composed as follows: On the first floor: - Living room with sofa bed (convertible into two single beds of 90 x 190 cm), TV - Equipped kitchenette: hotplates, refrigerator, combined oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker... - Dining table for 6 guests On the first floor : Accessible from the living room by a wooden staircase. - Bedroom with a bunk bed (two beds) and a single bed. - Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, hair dryer - Separate toilets - Local washing machine. Outside : - Terrace of 10 m² facing South-East, garden furniture, parasol. - Outside parking space for the residence, not numbered. - In front of the apartment : ski room, bicycle room, shoe room... - Municipal outdoor swimming pool located in the residence, depth of 1m20 to 2m25, fenced, open from the beginning of July to mid-September under the supervision of a state-qualified lifeguard, free for residents (owners or seasonal tenants), provides swimming lessons (introductory, advanced) and aquagym classes. Summer: Swimming pool, hiking or mountain biking, dog sledding, forest walks at "L'odyssée Verte", accrobranche park at Saint Michel Les Portes. All year round: visit of the educational farm of Grand Veymont at 200m from the residence, pedestrian and nautical activities at the lake of Monteynard (boat cruises, himalayan footbridges), discovery of the Trièves.
