The Space: The former commercial unit is located on the 1st floor in the quietly situated rear building and has been converted and renovated into a 2-room flat. On 84 m² there is space for up to 8 people The spacious kitchen/living room offers a large dining area, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and a flat screen TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick and Zatoo Live TV function. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker and kettle. The renovated bathroom has a shower/WC and a laundry machine with dryer function. Explore Munich like a local and benefit from the central but quiet location and the size of the flat. Summer concerts are held on the leafy Königsplatz and films are shown outdoors. Getting Around: The underground station Maillingerstr. is only a few minutes walk from the flat.
