## Space Welcome to our home! This double bed studio is part of the fully-equipped co-living space in Lisbon. You will be in the center of Lisbon, with major transport services, Universities, and restaurants located right next door. This co-living space covers the whole floor with 8 other studios: • Shared living room • Shared dining area • Laundry facilities free to use Your private bedroom is fitted with: • A double bed that will be made up with the finest quality of linen • A desk and chair that you can use as a workspace • A flat-screen TV • Air conditioning unit • A wardrobe • A fully-equipped kitchen with a sink, stove, kettle, fridge, and a Nespresso machine We hope you will enjoy your stay! ## Access Guests will have access to the entire studio as well as the other shared areas. ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood The Avenida da República is one of the main avenues of Lisbon, oriented from south to north, and is an essential axis in Lisbon, framed in the area known as the Avenidas Novas. That exception location is complemented by the existence of three subway stations, numerous bus lines, and one of the most important national railway stations. Cross daily this train station more than 400 high-speed trains between compositions between Faro and Porto, urban links to the southern shore up Setúbal, urban link to Sintra, among others. In addition to many restaurants, cafes, and historical pastries, the Avenida da República also offers venues such as Campo Pequeno Bullring, cinemas in the Duque de Saldanha Square, among many other attractions that are within walking distance. ## Transit Walking from your door you will find Campo Pequeno metro station, part of the yellow (main) line, less than 100 meters away. You will also find buses to every part of the city just across the street. Entrecampos train station is just 400 meters away and it will take you to Porto, Faro or any other place around Portugal that you might want to explore! ## Notes This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum.
