## Space Welcome to our home, Beautifully furnished, this sunny flat is equipped with all the mod-cons you'll need for the perfect stay. In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection. - Open-planned living room and kitchen with plenty of natural lighting. - In the living room, you'll find a 2 comfortable sofas that can be pulled into sofa beds, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV with Netflix access. - The kitchen comes fully-equipped with all the necessities to whip up a fresh meal including, but not limited to, a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, an oven, and a stovetop. - The apartment has 2 double bedrooms. You'll find that both beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens, to ensure your comfort. - The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience. Have a lovely stay. ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood The neighbourhood is rather quite swell as the apartment building with some beautifully presented greenery and playing fields at the bottom of the road, it's the perfect location for leisure activities. You'll also find that strolling around the area will give you plenty of choices of cafes, pubs, and restaurants. ## Transit Travelling around is a breeze with plenty of transport links close by. Aside from the many bus stops you can find around the area (see list below) the Jewellery Quarter Train Station and Tram Stops are only about a 20-minute walk away. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
