Old Portland Charm, Perfect Southeast Location

This large rehabbed 1BR condo was built in 1910, and offers the feeling of old Portland, while having modern comfort, amenities and furnishings. The location is the star of this show -- the condo is on a tree-lined street of old homes, blocks from many of Portland's most popular shops and restaurants. You can walk to many, but with a bike share station and bus stop a block away, the entire city is at your disposal. Although a car is not necessary in this location, if you want to rent a car for a day or two, there is an Enterprise location within walking distance (Burnside and 7th) where you can rent a car for much less than at the airport. Many amenities including wifi, Chromecast for streaming, central air, and washer and dryer are provided. We live mostly in Hawaii, but spend about 2 months a year in Portland. We have a locked storage room where we put our things, so during your visit the entire condo (except the locked storage room), and everything in it, will be for your use. You will be able to check yourself in using a code for the lockbox that we will provide several days before you arrive. We have a team in Portland who will prepare the place for your arrival, and will be available during your stay should the need arise. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, utensils, and dishes. The bathroom has all the necessities, including toothpaste and toothbrush, in case you've forgotten yours. This is a second-story unit with interior stairs, no elevator.
