After converting the property and enjoying it together for over a decade, it was sold in January 2018. It is now both a private home and available for rental, events, and weddings. The 32 acre property has a magnificent location on Gardner Lake and now has two family cottages, or cabins, with 2 and 3 bedrooms respectively and the main house with a first floor guest suite with 3 bedrooms. Aside from the magnificent gardens, waterfalls, Koi ponds, and waterfront there is an indoor pool with hot tub, steam spa, and sauna. Throughout the property you will experience the heritage from which it was born and the care that helped it become what it is today.
