"Up South" - Lakeside charm with modern amenities

**Please note - we are completely booked for the Summer of 2022, though we do have Spring and Fall availability! We will start accepting 2023 booking requests in December of 2022.** This cottage was built in 2017 and features all the modern amenities that you would want. Our family spends most of the summer in this home, but we rent out during a few select weeks in the Spring and Fall. ***Please note: Pool and other Lakeside activities are seasonal. During the summer months, all guests and cars require paid entrance to Lakeside to access the house and the amenities the town has to offer. Please see Lakeside Ohio's website for more details on prices and season dates.*** The house is on 3 floors: The ground floor features a walkout basement with french doors and lots of windows. On this floor is a sitting room / TV room, a bedroom with a Queen bed, a full bathroom with glass-door shower, and a laundry room. On the 1st floor, you'll find an open floor plan with a spacious living room / dining room / kitchen layout. All appliances are stainless steel, and there is a powder room off of the kitchen. French doors open up from the dining room (dining room table seats 8-10) onto a large side deck with another dining table for eight people. Also on the main floor is a spacious master suite, with a new King bed and private Master Bath with double marble vanity, separate water closet and oversized tiled shower. Upstairs are three more bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. Bedroom 1 has a Full bed , Bedroom 2 has a Full bed, and Bedroom 3 (which is huge!) has 2 Twins. Behind the house is a studio-style guest house with its own Queen bed and private bathroom. This little apartment is totally self-contained, and perfect for a couple and a baby or for Grandma and Grandpa! It is just a couple of steps out the back door of the kitchen. **Please note - this cottage does not have heat or water for the Fall, Winter or Spring seasons. If booking during those times, please inquire as to whether this extra space is available.** Other amenities include: + 2 off-street parking spaces + Central air conditioning and heat + Incredibly close to new Pool, Fitness Center and Tennis Campus (seasonal) + Ample outdoor seating including front porch, side deck, and lower patio In June, July & August, we only rent weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Outside of those times we have a 2-night minimum. ***Please note that for bed linens and towels will NOT be provided. You can either bring your own towels and linens or use Lakeside Linen Supply, a local business, that will deliver linens to the porch the day of your arrival and pick them up after you depart.***
