As you come down the long private drive, you will be reminded that you are staying in one of most coveted areas of Chester County. Both grand & relaxing, this 1500 sq. ft. gorgeous private walk-out lower level has 2 bedrooms, wine cellar dining, a pool table & granite island bar. Sitting upon 12.9 park-like acres every view is completly private & you have your own private pool. The pictures are a must-see! So tranquil yet just minutes away from Longwood, historical attractions, bars & wineries. Twinkle lights in the trees in a park-like setting makes this space feel truly magical. Your host is an event planner & designer so everywhere you look you will find something beautiful. If you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary you've found the perfect place. Just ask your host about the simple to elaborate customized services making your celebration extra special. Please note however, that we do not permit parties and you must be at least age 24 to book. Once you come up the long private drive, you will enjoy the ease of private parking. Next, simply enter through the back gate and follow the beautifully landscaped and twinkle light path alongside the pool. As you follow along, stairs will lead you down to your completely private entrance. Your 1500 sq. ft. 2 bedroom suite accommodates 3 guests. (Note: unless approved, 3 people maximum, will consider an 1 extra guest at additional $50 per night). Please note: this fully furnished walk out lower level is a daylight basement. It is extremely private and feels like an entire home, very spacious, sparkling clean & beautifully decorated - every window has completely private wooded views. Although we live in the main home, you will rarely see us if at all (unless you need us of course). Please know that the guest suite is entirely yours, it’s not shared. The pool is for your private use only. Once inside the suite, hardwoods greet you underfoot. An open floor plan welcomes you. The windows have private views so no blinds are needed (although we have them). You can choose to relax on the chaise lounge or upon two soft couches by the gas fireplace. You can play pool on the Olhausen billiard table, dine in the wine cellar or enjoy cocktails at the granite bar. For your enjoyment we also have board games galore or you can watch tv (verzion fios cable). If you bring your computer (or have work to do) please enjoy sitting at the roll top desk. Keeping you organized, the desk is the perfect place to set your keys and browse through the offerings of the local attractions, delivery menus, etc.. When the weather begs for you to soak in some of your magnificent surroundings, step outside to a world of wooded enjoyment where you'll find a screened in porch (with fire ring table, sink fountain, ceiling fan and yes, another bar), an expansive deck with integrated seating awaits you (we also have a teak patio set) & of course, a full sized private pool to cool you off whenever you choose. As the night ends, snuggle into your queen sized bed (with 2” mattress topper) and enjoy the softness. Have another guest, no worries we have a 2nd cozy bedroom with a twin mattress (with mattress topper too). We also have a beautiful daybed in the main living area plus a toddler day bed. Wake in the morning to a Keurig coffee maker (decaf and regular ready and waiting to be brewed) or make some tea we stock many flavors. Instant oatmeal and a few choices of cereal are also stocked in your kitchen (you bring the milk). A microwave, full sized refrigerator and toaster are provided. The kitchen also has everything you need to prep a meal (just add food). *If you want certain supplies available upon your arrival please message us to discuss, perhaps we will do your shopping in advance for you. Again, if you are celebrating a special event, your host is an event planner and will be happy to discuss adding special personalized touches. We would love to make your stay so wonderful that you'll never want to leave. *Important to Note: We have two dogs, a German Shepherd who is a fully trained certified therapy dog and our son's dog which is a Shephard-Husky mix. You will probably never see them during your stay as we will leash walk them in the front of the property. We will consider allowing your pets, however due to allergies no cats are permitted. A $75 one time dog fee per/dog will be applied. Please discuss your dogs needs with us in advance. A happy and safe visit is first and foremost, so your pet MUST be leash walked in at all times and only in the back of the property (not out front). With 12.9 acres there is a lot of land so your pet will be very happy. Approval MUST be given before any pets are permitted on the property. In case you planned to ask, sorry, but no dogs are permitted in the pool. We welcome any questions so please do not hesitate to ask. We look forward to hosting you.
