I have taken my time decorating it just how I like it and I am still not done. I have done each room to have its own little personality. From neutral to bold, this house has it all. Security system is in place and in working order. Door has a coded locking system. You will be given a personalized temporary code on check in date Cars must be parked in the driveway, or on the street in front of my house (careful to not block the mailbox) Very safe neighborhood! The local Police have a route that comes down the street several times during the day and night and they really look out for suspicious activity. There is a community pool about 7 min walking (1 min driving) distance if you continue up Patriot Pkwy. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE HOUSE TOWELS TO POOL. I have to take a fee out of your security deposit if it gets a stain that won't come out. I will leave you a pool key. If you lose the key I have to take it out of your security deposit. The colorful front room has a half bath powder room. The living room has a fireplace and TV hanging on the wall. All the TVs in the house have ROKU boxes with Hulu or Netflix. You can also watch local TV news on the living room TV and on the Master bedroom TV. (Please be aware that bad weather can affect my local channel reception) The kitchen has a full size refrigerator with water and ice maker in the door. Microwave, stove/oven, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Barn door covers the patio exit. Be careful that you move it slowly so it doesn't come off the guide rail. There is a washer and dryer available. I will leave laundry soap and bleach for you to use. When you travel up the stairs you will see where I am still in decorating mode! The upstairs has three bedrooms. The two smaller rooms share the bathroom in the landing area. The Master bedroom is not part of the listing.
