Welcome to our beautiful beach house! We are located less than 75 yards (1/2 block) to the beach. This newly built, incredible home offers luxury comfort, sleeps 12 & is perfect for your next vacation. Bring your family or friends and enjoy a week away! Our kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare a feast with ease. The upstairs is large and comfortable. The garage is stocked with games & beach toys. Spend the day at the beach and end your night on our rooftop deck overlooking the beautiful dunes. DOWNSTAIRS INCLUDES: Bedroom 1: Queen bed with dresser, two night stands & a Smart TV. Bedroom 2: 2 sets of bunk beds with trundles, dresser & Smart TV. (Room can sleep 6!) Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with shower/tub. Laundry room with washer & dryer. Bedroom 3: Downstairs Master Suite with queen bed, dresser, two night stands and a Smart TV. Bathroom 2: Located inside of Bedroom 3. Full bathroom with shower. 2 Car Garage that is stocked with a ping pong table, hover hockey table, corn hole, basketball, 2 bikes, beach chairs, ice chest and beach toys. Driveway can also fit two more cars. Outdoor shower with HOT water that is great for rinsing off sand after a fun day at the beach! No more cold hose showers. UPSTAIRS INCLUDES: Bedroom 4: Upstairs HUGE Master Suite with King Bed, dresser, two night stands and a Smart TV. Bathroom 3: Attached to Master Suite Bedroom 4. This bathroom boasts a large jetted tub, shower, two sinks & a toilet room. Bathroom 4: Half bath located off of the kitchen, no need to go downstairs or into the master bedroom to use the restroom when you are upstairs. Great Room with one couch, two chairs and one large oversized circular couch. Smart TV with Cable in the living room. Large Fully Stocked Kitchen (Furnished with pots, pans, baking sheets, oils, spices, coffee, tea, dishes & glasses.) Dining table that seats 6 and can extend to fit 4 more! Extra Chairs are in the storage closet. Deck off of the living room overlooking the lagoon & dunes with two chairs. ROOFTOP DECK: BBQ stocked with propane. Sink and countertop for easy food preparation and clean up. Table with 4 comfortable chairs. 4 Adirondack chairs that move easily to any place on the deck. Come enjoy everything the Central Coast has to offer during your stay. This home is located in a cute & quaint beach neighborhood. The home is walking distance to the beach and ATV/quad rental locations. Buy some firewood at one of the convenience stores & have a bonfire out on the beach all year round!
