De La Sol is a 3 bed, 2 bath GULF FRONT home with with large windows throughout guaranteeing spectacular ocean views. We are located in a small, quiet neighborhood with one 1 row of houses behind us. This means our beach is never crowded. Home sleeps 9. One bed is a twin rollaway. Private outdoor shower, grill, beach toys, & outdoor fish-cleaning sink. 2 dogs up to 50 pounds each are allowed for a $250 fee. Contact me to pay. Kitchen: All needed cookware, all necessary small and large appliances (including dishwasher), bar seating for 2 and table seating for 6-8. Master Bedroom 1: Features a king size bed w/ brand new pillow top mattress, 600 count linens, flatscreen TV, and dresser. Views of the ocean with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Master Bedroom 2: Features a king size bed w/ brand new pillow top mattress, 600 count linens, flatscreen TV, and dresser. Views of the ocean with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Bedroom 3: All new furniture! Features a brand new queen bed, pillow top mattress, 600 count linens, flatscreen TV, and private balcony. Monthly / Snowbirds: January and February are monthly only at $3,900. We only offer exceptions to our cancellation policy for a mandatory evacuation of the area due to a tropical storm or hurricane.
