Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. Tucked along a picturesque hillside overlooking the calm azure waters of Pacquereau Bay, Marriott's Frenchman's Cove will be a breathtaking complement to the beauty of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Adjacent to Frenchman's Reef & Morning Star Marriott Beach Resort this spacious resort will be reminiscent of a quaint village surrounded by a secluded beach with amazing views of the Bay and St. Thomas harbor. Like the nearby historic town of Charlotte Amalie, the overall design reflects the Danish and British architectural influences set amidst a colorful tropical landscape. ** Effective May 1, 2017 the Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee will be assessed at a rate of $25/night for all timeshare units. This fee will be collected by the resorts at the time of check-out. ** -The resort continues its reconstruction efforts and light restoration activity should be expected onsite. -Frenchman’s Reef and Morningstar Beach Resort (located next door) is closed until further notice and the use of their beach, restaurants and amenities will not be available. -The Frenchman’s Reef Hotel is currently undergoing demolition and construction on their Harbor Wing and renovation sounds are expected to be heard on site. -Sand on the beach is not in abundance as prior, however other beaches on the island are available for your use. -The Sunset Cove Bar and Grill is the only restaurant on site and serves a very casual menu. -A few restaurants on island sustained damages. However, there are several restaurant options available on the island. Our concierge can help make dinner reservations. -Travel outside of the property would require a rental car or taxi -Taxis are readily available at the front desk -Taxis are a per person charge, per trip and may become quite pricey if you have a larger party ($6-$15 pp, each way). -A few rental car options are Paradise Car Rental (340-643-2692), Budget (340-776-5774), or Avis (340-774-1468). Budget and Avis are located at the airport and Paradise will bring the car to you wherever you like. -The main roads on the island are still undergoing repairs and there are still a few streetlights and stoplights out of order and depressions in the road are noticeable -The activities center will provide you with various events throughout the day -You can also visit https://www.visitusvi.com/ or www.vinow.com for more information on what to do on island. ** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.
