It has two floors, upstairs a loft with a quite spacious living room overlooking the tropical garden and an equipped kitchen, you can enjoy cooking in this environment surrounded by nature. There is a master bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom, sofa and TV. The garden has a variety of fruit trees. Just outside the house there is a road that takes you to the beach alone and by car, it is only 10 minutes away from Puerto Viejo. In the lower part of the house, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning and safety box and a shared bathroom. Please note that in this house we use rain water and well water, we recommend that you get drinking water for drinking and cooking. You are in a "Casa Mascota Amigable" (Pet Friendly House), we only receive pets in the houses under previous authorization, before making the reservation please consult us about the conditions and policies of "Casa Mascota Amigable". All frequently touched surfaces are sanitized, e.g., doorknobs on every door. We clean each room using cleaning checklists. We provide additional cleaning supplies for you to clean during your stay. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleanliness regulations.
