Large and cozy house (320m²) with bright rooms and an open fireplace in the quiet outskirts (approx. 15min drive to the city center), with a view of the mountains. Trees with mandarins, guayabas, oranges and limes grow in the courtyard, which you can use. There are 3 bedrooms: the large one has a king-size bed, a television and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi, the other two have double beds. In another room there is a sofa bed. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen and the main living room, there is a dining room with table for 8 people. The courtyard has space for 4 cars and has a gate that can be opened with a remote control.
