CASA FELIZ is the main house of the finca - an approximately 100 year old, lovingly restored and expanded farmhouse. The holiday villa has 3 bedrooms, which go out from the patio / courtyard according to Canarian tradition. Two of the bedrooms have brick double beds, 2 bathrooms en suite, one of the bathrooms has a large bathtub. Casa Feliz offers optimal space for 2 to 6 people. Additional sleeping spaces can be created by 2 additional single extra beds (90x190) and a pull-out sofa bed in the salon. There are also 3 cots and additional beds available. The living area of Casa Feliz is also spacious, offering space and niches for larger groups. In the salon / living room there are two comfortable sofas for a total of 4-5 people, a large dining table where 6 people can comfortably sit. The kitchen of Casa Feliz is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. Directly in the entrance area there is a small salon - also with a brick bench, table and chairs, adjoining another lounge with two large desks - perfect for playing or creative work, but also usable as an office if you want to work on vacation. Casa Feliz is a typical Canarian farmhouse - it has an enchanting patio / courtyard, which is equipped with various benches and a cozy lounge with an outdoor grill - an ideal place for breakfast or an evening barbecue. There is a connecting door to the children's playground - there your children can romp and play. Since the playground is surrounded by thick natural stone walls and, like the entire finca, is lavishly planted, you can still enjoy your vacation in peace and relax. At the entrance to the garden is the sun bed of Casa Feliz - an idyllic place to relax and unwind .... Embedded in our lovingly designed, lush garden you will find peace, relaxation and a wonderful sea view! You can also enjoy our sitting lounge in the green and our summer kitchen with an integrated barbecue terrace in the garden, which are intended exclusively for our guests at Casa Feliz. There is also a large dining table here, where groups can also sit together comfortably. In addition to these squares and terraces reserved exclusively for the guests of Casa Feliz, the finca has a huge, park-like garden with additional seating and lounging areas for common use. The pool with pool terrace is also embedded in the garden. Casa Feliz impresses with the lovingly restored, typical style elements of a Canarian farmhouse. Soft shapes, natural materials, warm Mediterranean colors and an individual interior and exterior architecture create a special feel-good atmosphere that makes you feel right at home ... At the same time, we have ensured that you are spoiled with the latest technical comfort. The salon and all bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions with Smart TV function. You can receive German and international programs and have Internet access. In addition, there are several music systems with CD / DVD, radio, MP3 and inputs for IPod, IPhone and USB.
