CASA PICCOLA in 'Paradise of Lovers' in Italy part of Casa Antonietto. Casa Antonietto consists of three homes: CASA GRANDE is the large holiday home, it has three double rooms with private bathroom, a kitchen and a fireplace room. CASA PICCOLA is the small holiday home for two people. We live in the third home and are happy to guide you to everything the area has to offer! Casa Antonietto is an old newly restored stone house, the oldest part dating back to the 17th century. The restoration has been thorough, but many architectural details have been preserved. As the house is located on a hillside, it is in many staggered plans, which gives the house a real charm. The house is located just outside the small town of Coscogno in beautiful nature with panoramic views. It is 35 kilometers south of Modena 50 kilometers from Bologna with airport and many exciting excursion destinations. Read more online about Casa Antonietto on the house's website. *** follow Casa Antonietto on Facebook *** There is a whole unique and special tranquility over the place with really good opportunities for a stay with time for reflection and relaxation. It is the perfect setting for a vacation with time for contemplation, mindfulness and yoga. Casa Antonietto is located in the Apennine Mountains 50 km north of Tuscany in the heart of Emilia Romagna. It is part of 'The Real Italy' best known as Italy's pantry. If you want to experience Italian culture - the opera in Verona, nature - gastronomy and wine - the goal is hit. It is a prosperous region - everything from Italian clinker, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Parma hams, Balsamico to Parmesan cheese is produced here. I live here and am happy to guide you to it all! If you need an active holiday, there are many good and well-marked hiking trails in the area. Many good opportunities to play golf and cycling. If you want to draw or paint, there is room in the studio and out in the garden, in the woods or down by the river. The soft mountains on the other side of the valley are always a good motif no matter the season. If you want to immerse yourself in the culinary, we have good contacts to come and experience the production of parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar, lambrusco wine. In addition, we have contact with very good and cheap restaurants, where you can have Sunday lunch with the locals. CASA PICCOLA is an idyllic little house, perfect for a loving couple! Here is a completely unique light - the large window section faces west. The large house screens for the sun in the afternoon so that it does not get too hot. Living room with dining table and wood burning stove centrally located. Sleeps 2 people in the double bed upstairs. Extra bed for a small child is possible. Open kitchen direct access to the garden and a cozy covered portico. Direct access to the house's pizza oven. Nice large bathroom with hairdryer. In the kitchen there is a gas stove with four burners, combined convection oven and small refrigerator. There is access to the house's communal laundry. It is of course possible to use the many large and small terraces around the house. The place's sunny and shady pitches, barbecue are available for everyone. There is free Wi-Fi
