'Le Casone' is a large house (360 m2), located in the small village of Poggio Marinaccio, in Castagniccia (the chestnut grove). The village is made up of 9 houses and is at a dead end, so there is no traffic. The house is on 4 levels with a large fully equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 3 toilets. The interior is simple, high ceilings, with floors or stone on the floor and white walls. In summer, the house is cool given the thickness of the walls.
