Quintinha Mojud, farmhouse close to the sea

Embedded in fields and small pine forests, Quintinha Mojud is located in the Costa Vicentina Natural Park, about a 5-10 minute walk from the small town of Rogil. The house was built a good 10 years ago and replaced a small ruin farmhouse. The high wood-clad roof of the living room and dining room and the otherwise much built-in wood give the house something very cozy. High balcony doors provide lots of light. There is plenty of room for a large family. This is also ensured by the double, the single or the large four-bed room with its 2 solid wooden bunk beds, in which adults can also sleep comfortably. The single room can also be converted into a small double or twin room, so that there is space for 2 families with 4 children. On the large covered terrace you can have breakfast or have a drink in the evening. You can also enjoy the evening sun on the beautiful seats under the pergola in front of double and quadruple rooms. Sun beds and hammocks invite you to relax. 2 bathrooms each have a shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is excellently equipped with an oven, large fridge, gas stove, coffee machine, toaster and much more. To the next beach you walk about 2.5 km across the fields or you take one of the rental bikes. The beaches are sandy and often offer fantastic rock formations. Beaches in the area offer everything and an incredible range from small bays to dune landscapes, rivers and great waves. Lagos, the south coast with shopping, nightlife and many other activities is only 35 km away. The southern Alentejo with its breathtaking beaches, which are not full in summer, is also only 15 minutes away by car. Rogil itself offers several small shops, bars and restaurants and a pharmacy. There is a larger supermarket in Aljezur. At the entrance to the property there is a small apartment that the owner lives in at the time. There are cats on the property and there are 2 dogs.
