Casa la Viña offers space for 3-4 people on 70sqm. We recommend the house for max. 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children as the second bedroom is quite small. The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a heated private pool, there are many different seating areas, a grill and a roof terrace. The house is ideal for guests who want to come for hiking, but are still looking for something within walking distance of the place. Casa la Viña: Casa la Viña is located on the outskirts of Puntagorda. You reach the place in 5min on foot. Puntagorda offers some local restaurants as well as some small supermarkets and a health food store. In summer, the outdoor pool in Puntagorda is also open and can be reached on foot from the house. Access to the property is via an electric gate, so guests enjoy their privacy. The outdoor area has been lovingly designed and offers a beautiful view of the vineyards down to a small Mirador, to which you can hike down. Different seating groups create an ideal place to relax depending on the time of day. The pool is slightly elevated and at the end of the property. You enter the house via the small kitchen, which is connected to the modern living room with fireplace, split unit and two sofas. The master bedroom is spacious and has a spacious built-in closet and heating. The second bedroom has a small double bed. Both bedrooms are connected by a small hallway at the end of which is the bathroom with shower / toilet and bidet. Here a door leads to the outside area or up to the roof terrace.
