Gîte de l'Amistat

You will find on the ground floor a sitting area with bench seat, a pellet stove and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, ...) Under the roof of the Ariège, come and combine sport by taking advantage of the many outdoor activities (hiking, caving, canyoning, climbing, ...) and rest inside a small haven of peace. On the first floor, a bedroom with a 140 bed, another with a 140 and 90 bed, bunk, a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, reading corner. 80 m² exterior with garden furniture and barbecue. Heater : -RDC: pellet stove: from November 1 to March 31: 4 bags of pellets included per week (if less than a week pro rata) (equivalent to a temperature of about 20 degrees) & 1st outbreak free 1st floor: electric radiators in each bedroom and a fan in bathroom
