Villa Mario, with its 160 square meters and 500 of private garden, is located in Pigianos Kampos 8km. from Rethymno, where we find only a few houses surrounded by Cretan nature and olive trees. The area is totally quiet, offering both sea and mountain views. The beach is only 1 km away within easy walking distance, while shops, restaurants and supermarkets are 1.5 to 2 km away. The city of Rethymno is only 8 km away. The two-storey villa was built in 2010 and completely renovated in 2015 to be an ideal home for our guests! The furniture is a combination of antique / modern touches and can accommodate 6 people and up to 7 people if needed. Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open area consisting of a living room with fireplace and home cinema with 46 "HDTV satellite system and video games, internal dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances and equipment. Also on the same floor there is a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The living room has direct access to a balcony where there is another dining table overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. On the first floor you will find the main bathroom with tub and 3 bedrooms. There is one bedroom with two single beds mostly designed to accommodate children and another with a double bed with a 42 "HDTV television. Both bedrooms have access to a furnished balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sea view. Finally on the other side there is the main double bedroom with master bathroom, shower and a 42 "HDTV. Outdoors there is an area of 500 square meters totally fenced. More precisely, our outdoor plants include: - 25 sq m swimming pool. - Fully equipped barbecue area with dining table. - A variety of furnished points (with sun beds, sofas and outdoor armchairs) to relax on the balconies and gardens around the villa. - Safe areas for children to play. - Parking space for two. Although there are nearby houses nearby, the outside area offers privacy due to the tall trees that are around the fence.
