The apartment is really beautiful with all the comforts and finished renovating a few years ago ... it consists of two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen and beautiful terrace / living room with perfect sea view to spend wonderful evenings admiring the marina with its mega cruise ships, the roofs of the historic center, the lantern of Genoa, and the famous aquarium. Inside you will find all the amenities you will need: air conditioning, gas central heating, wifii fastweb internet, washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, oven / microwave, American fridge, tropical aquarium, large shower, hairdryer, plasma televisions, teak flooring, fully furnished with custom-made furniture and design. The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a 1200 building, although in the historical center the area is very safe as the building looks out onto the ancient harbor. You would like to stay here to let you go all the way to the historic center by walking away from your car and you will have the chance to discover the true medieval Genoa, the carugges, the classic Genoese lanes ... How to move The apartment is located in the center, right on the ancient harbor, in front of the aquarium, very convenient to means of transport, covered parking, station and university. The area is surrounded by restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, children's playgrounds and bars, a 1-minute walk to the Aquarium and the ferry to the Cinque Terre and Portofino. Ten minutes walk from Principe's train station. Other things to keep in mind The apartment is equipped with two security cameras, one on the terrace and the other at the entrance. There is a monitor in the living room to display the video surveillance areas.
