Plouha: Delightful Brittany house at seaside in an exceptional nature
Large, bright, south facing living-room (50 m2) with a nice fireplace. Three double French doors open onto a large terrace with wooden grating and onto a beautiful garden (2 200 m2) with hydrangeas, mimosa, camellia… and squirrels, rabbits, birds… On the first floor : three light sleeping-rooms onto the garden for six persons, one bathroom, WC. The recently renovate house is comfortable and functional at each season (good insulation, double glazing, electric radiant heating). A stone outhouse (equipped with shower and WC) allows to stock materiel. A little paradise, the country at the seaside, in a stone hamlet so charming that it is crossed over by a hiking path leading to the beaches of Port moguer and Gwin Zegal in 10 minutes. The walking trail GR34 joins the other great beaches of Plouha : Bonaparte, Bréhec, Le Palus. The hamlet of Keruro composed of ten typical houses is located on the cliffs of Plouha, the highest of Brittany, and in the protected coastal area and 2,5 km far away from the dynamic town of Plouha with its church, market, place with various shops all open over the year. The seaside resort St Quay with its casino, harbor, clubs is 7 km far away from Plouha. The delightful town of Paimpol (painters gallery, shops, harbour, restaurants) is only 18 km far away. Here is the pier for the beautiful very near island of Bréhat. Before Paimpol the lovely abbey of Beaufort can absolutely not be ignored.
