This recently renovated, lovely small traditional house, located in a 700 m2 private vineyard, is fully furnished and equipped. The property, situated at the end of the picturesque village of Apollonia on Sifnos Island, offers absolute calm & relaxation. Built of traditional stone, the house stays cool all summer. The house is equipped with all the necessary kitchen and dishware (of traditional local pottery), cutlery, towels, bed and table linens, etc. There is a large paved terrace at the front of the house, complete with vine-draped pergola and a beautiful view of the Aegean and the villages of Artemonas and Kato Petali; to the side, a spacious, shady courtyard is perfect for breakfast or just lying in the hammock. The 700 sq.m. vineyard also contains oleanders, myrtles and jasmine, olive, pomegranate and almond trees, and a fig tree with delicious figs, just begging to be picked. Bay, basil, geranium and rosemary plants perfume the air and add color to the courtyard.
