The house is in a quiet and secluded location on a torrent, only 1.5 km from the town center and the ski area. Your temporary home has a comfortable and modern interior and offers you a wonderful view of the peaks of the Alps. With the ski bus you can quickly and easily reach the surrounding ski areas. Living room: The bedroom is equipped with a high quality box spring bed and ensures that you can recharge your batteries for the next day in the mountains with a good night's sleep. The comfortable sofa is extendable and thus offers space for two additional people. The fully equipped kitchen in the apartment offers everything you need to cater for your culinary needs during your stay. In order to start the day with an enjoyable breakfast, there is the possibility of using the bread service in winter. The bathroom is very spacious and with the limestone shower wall is another highlight of the apartment. In order to bring a piece of nature directly into your apartment, the local wood type "ash" was processed for the floor. Access for guests: In the basement of the house there is a sauna with a relaxation area and invites you to relax after an adventurous day. In the garden you will find a trampoline, table tennis table, basketball hoop, badminton sets, swings, sandpit, comfortable chairs and a grill. This ensures fun and games for young and old. Right next to the house (about a 2-minute walk away) for a path to an original stream. There you will find a fireplace to enjoy another element of nature. In order to guarantee the comfortable use of your car in all weather conditions, covered parking spaces are available. The ski and drying room is right next to the carports. Further information: To the ski slope: The ski bus station is only a few meters from the house and runs regularly to the ski area's lifts (journey time approx. 3 minutes). This enables a stress-free start to the day of skiing. The Warther Dorfbahn or the Steffisalp Lift can be reached quickly and easily by car. In summer, all guests of the house can use the LECHTAL ACTIVE CARD free of charge for the duration of their stay. The hiking bus and some mountain railways can be used free of charge.
