Nestled in the idyllic Cheshire countryside The Burrow offers the perfect country retreat with a private terrace and a hot tub perfect for relaxing in. With two stunning king size en suite bedrooms, a perfectly planned kitchen and living area, a cosy mezzanine hideaway and provisions for those with limited mobility. Situated between the villages of Norley and Crowton both with village pubs you are ideally situated to explore beautiful local walks, Delamere Forest, Chester and beyond. Step into this recently converted barn and you will feel instantly at home with our pared back surroundings, original features and home from home touches. On our ground floor you will find a stunning bespoke kitchen with all you need to cook up a family feast served on our dining table with bench seats. Following this you can relax and put your feed up on our sumptuous sofa and enjoy a family film. All of our ground floor is designed for those with limited mobility in mind and is wheel chair accessible. Also on the ground floor you will find our stunning master bedroom with double height ceiling, patio doors and a secret hideaway mezzanine with twinkling lights perfect for a quiet read or a romantic evening. Walk through into the large wet room with WC, shower and sink and grab rails for those that need them Take a walk up the spiral staircase into the second bedroom set in the eaves of the barn. This room can either be kind size or twin and has ample storage and a beautifully appointed en suit bathroom Step outside your cottage onto your own private patio with out door dining table perfect for al fresco dining followed by an indulgent dip in the hot tub Whilst you can enjoy a quiet weekend with us on foot if want to explore further a car is necessary. Although very rural we are only 15 minutes from the M56. We have a large onsite car park with an EV charger for a small fee. Our local stations are all served by connections from mainline stations. Delamere is approximately 2 miles away and Frodsham is a 6 mile drive away, both of which are serviced by trains from Chester. Acton Bridge is 2 miles away and is serviced by trains from Manchester Piccadilly. The Burrow is set between the quiet villages of Norley and Crowton both with village pubs. There is a fabulous village store in Norley selling local produce and deli items. We are 10 minutes from the magical Delamere Forest and 30 minutes from the historic city of Chester home to Chester Zoo. We have many other local attractions including Wild Shore Delamere Water Park, Go Ape Delamere, Manley Mere, numerous National Parks and the market town of Frodsham. For those looking for some city life we are also driving distance to Liverpool and Manchester. If you are looking for a more quite retreat we have many beautiful walks on our doorstep including the famous Old Pale where you can look out over seven counties, the Whitegate Way or take a stroll through the magical Delamere Forest. Whilst you can enjoy a quiet weekend with us on foot if want to explore further a car is necessary. Although very rural we are only 15 minutes from the M56.
