Situated in picturesque Irsha Street, it is within close proximity to the village quay and an array of excellent beaches and old smugglers’ coves. Appledore boasts stunning views across the estuary towards Braunton Burrows and Instow and there is never a shortage of things to do. Activities on offer include anything from crabbing and surfing to golf, cycle rides and unrivalled coastal walks. Friendly pubs and restaurants can be found within a stone’s throw of the cottage - not to mention the lure of Devonshire cream teas, award-winning fish and chips and a host of higgledy piggledy streets with art galleries and quirky shops to explore.
