La Pineta is a lovely property of 4 rental villas, located in Marina di Castagneto on the Mediterranean coast. It's possible to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. There is no swimming pool. The nearest beach is only 250 metres away. The property is in a quiet residential area and is surrounded by plenty of trees providing welcoming shade from the warm Tuscan sun. There is also the owner's private beach available, it's shared with the other villas rented by the owners, it's located to the North of the town and a car is required to get to it. A property of 4 rental villas, each with own outside area. Walking distance to the Mediterranean beach and restaurants, shops. Excellent position surrounded by plenty of trees for shade. Azalea is a ground floor villa with a large, terracotta paved terrace furnished with a round gazebo protected by curtains and shading a table with cushioned benches all around. To one side of the terrace is a relaxing area with deck chairs shaded by the trees around the property. Inside the villa there is an open plan room with a bright lounge to one side. It has windows along the length of two walls providing it with plenty of light. The area is furnished with wooden sofas and two armchairs which have cushions, in a corner is the television. In the centre of the room is the wooden, white dining table which can seat 8 people. The kitchen is on the other side of the room. It also has plenty of light and the door provides a lovely breeze during the hotter days. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, an oven and a fridge with separate freezer. Off the dining area a corridor leads to the sleeping area. The first of the bedrooms is a room with wooden bunkbeds and a built in wardrobe. The room has a modern floor and is completely decorated in pale colours to provide a cool atmosphere during the warmer summer days. The next bedroom is a double bedroom with a large, triple window providing plenty of light. In a corner is a dresser with drawers while two chairs complete the furnishings. The room can be made into a twin if requested in advance. At the end of the corridor is a beautiful bathroom with shower. The last bedroom is a triple with en-suite bathroom with shower. Three windows provide the bedroom with lots of light. In the room is a double bed and a single. The double can be made into a twin if requested in advance. 1 double bedroom 1 triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed 1 bunkbed room Both double beds can be made into twins if requested when booking. Located in a building of 4 villas. Fire Place: open There is no swimming pool, however the property is situated 250 metres walk from the nearest beach. There is also access to a fenced and untouched sand dune beach area which is located North of Marina di Castagneto, Donoratico.  The beach is shared by all the properties that the owners have, so is not completely private however it is not used by the locals.The area is a natural coastal botanical garden which guests have access to. Here guests can use the simple picnic tables and chairs, as well as a shower. The owners can also provide beach umbrellas to take to the area. The owners son runs a fishing shop in Marina di Castagneto and can organise fishing lessons and trips for an additional fee. Guests are also entitled to a special discount when purchasing equipment from the shop. The owner owns a private sandy beach and pine grove which guests can visit. Tables, chairs, electricity and running water are available. The owner also offers guided tours of the grove on Sunday mornings where he will discuss the local flora and the Etruscan and Roman origins of the area.
