The highlight of the apartment is the tower room, in which the second bedroom with large wardrobe is located. From this room you have a great view in all directions over Peenemünde and to the Bodden with marina. The apartment has a size of 130sqm, and is therefore ideal for 5 people plus 1 infant up to 3 years. The entrance area is on the upper floor of the house, from here you can reach the small hallway in one of the two bedrooms with double bed and large wardrobe. The bathroom with window and bath is also located on this floor. The stairs take you to the attic, where there is the spacious living area with sofa bed and open kitchen with dining area. You can also find access to the balcony here. From the balcony they have as from the tower room a great view of the bay. The tower room with a second bedroom can be reached via a spiral staircase next to the dining area.   The apartment complex - Ferienresidenz Zum Seglerhafen - is located in Peenemünde, not far from the Peenemünde harbor. The facility consists of 17 residential units, from the 1-room app. to the 4-room apartment with 3 bedrooms. The apartments are between 43 and 130sqm in size and are both ground floor on the ground floor of the house, as well as upstairs. The majority of the apartments are duplex apartments and extend over the upper and top floor of the house. All units on the ground floor have a terrace, the units upstairs have a balcony or a closed loggia. The house is a Non smoking object. To the complex belongs a generous Innenbreich with garden, in which a sitting area for our guests is. Wi-Fi is available from spring 2019. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, as well as travel cot and high chair if you arrive with small guests.
