Dining/Kitchen designed for cooks, has Miele Pyrolitic oven, Neff induction hob, Krups (Nespresso) coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and Delonghi small appliances. Dining table extends to seat up to 6. Separate laundry area with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. The separate sitting room features log burning stove, 2 comfortable antique arm chairs and the Barker & Stonehouse sofa to sink into after a hard day with a log fire. To really chill out there is a retro vinyl player, Bluetooth speakers and SMART tv. The owners leave a selection of Folio edition books and board games for guests to enjoy during their stay. The patio features a garden bench (all year) dining furniture, , BBQ and Chiminea, and floral displays during the summer months. There is a spacious ground floor bathroom with shower over the bath. The front garden has a Victoriana seat and fronts onto the footpath leading to the town centre. On the 1st floor there are 2 generous bedrooms with work stations/dressing tables, and king size beds that can split to give singles in both bedrooms upon request. The new staircase is unsuited to young children and those with mobility issues. (Stair Gates cannot be fitted). We can provide a travel cot for infants - requires your own bedding (no charge) We can provide high chair. Request no charge. The property can accommodate up to 2 small pets with prior arrangements and at extra cost. (£35 per pet per stay). Pets to be kept caged overnight- no pets upstairs or on furniture. Pets must not be left unattended at the property at any time. The property is in close to proximity to 3 other Artists' Cottages properties. We can provide high chair and travel cot for which you will need to provide your own bedding. You will need to request these but we make no charge.
