Fitted with a plush sofa bed, a flat screen TV and a dining area that comfortably seats 6, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. The attached kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, an oven, and a toaster. The 2 bedrooms feature a queen bed and a single bed (with another pullout bed underneath) respectively. The beds will be fitted with complimentary hotel quality linens. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety. They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation and République, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district. Don't miss the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, as well as the Edith Piaf museum. Formerly a working class district, the 11th district is now one of the most "trendy" districts, especially on the Place de la Bastille side with many bars with different atmospheres. The district is also rich in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille theatre and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera. But you can also enjoy the peace and quiet of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or take a stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin. ## Transit My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train! The nearest train station is Ledru-Rollin (line 8) - just 4 mins away on foot. There's also Bréguet - Sabin (line 5) station just 10 mins away. From both of these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris! Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 40-mins drive from the flat. ## Notes Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
