In the charming town of Tahiche, located between the stunning beaches of Costa Teguise and the lively capital of Arrecife, Villa Casa Gasparini is on a fenced property with a magnificent garden and pool. The villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (only in the living room), satellite television and a washing machine. Furthermore, the property is especially child-friendly, as it offers a baby cot, a highchair, children’s books and a wooden swing set. The absolute highlight of the property is its extensive 210 m2 outdoor area, which includes a vast, idyllic garden, an elongated pool, and a spacious terrace with multiple lounge and eating areas. The long pool, lined by sun recliners, a parasol and potted plants can be also be heated (to a maximum temperature of 28 degrees celsius) for an additional cost of €10/night. As you sunbathe by the poolside, relish in the fantastic view of Montaña Maneje or La Woerden Volcano, which embodies the romantic, rugged natural beauty of the island. From here, descend a stone staircase to a lovely part of the garden with lava stones, lush vegetation, a picnic table and a hammock for a quiet afternoon of reading. After spending a long day beneath the sun, prepare delicious meals together on the barbecue and enjoy them on your covered terrace. Here you can truly disconnect from everyday stress and make unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Within 1 km from the villa in Tahiche, you will find cafes, a poultry farm, a book shop, local restaurants and cafes. The city centre of Arrecife, with its great variety of shops and eateries, is only 5 km or a 7-minute drive away. Furthermore, the famous beaches in Costa Teguise await you visit about 8 km or an 11-minute drive from the property. Please note that parties or any kind of events are not allowed. Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The pool is open and can be used all year round. The pool will be heated free of charge for the following dates: from 30 September 2021 to 30 June 2022 and from 30 September 2022 to 30 June 2023. From 30 June to 30 September there will be no heating of the pool. -
