Nice apartment, with terrace, quiet, 55 m2 for 4 to 6 people, located on the ground floor of a villa. It is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with 2 small beds and the other with a 140 bed, a bathroom, an independent WC, an equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, micro oven waves, fridge with freezer, washing machine ... The bedding is new. A convertible sofa two places in 160 (new) and a flat screen TV in the living room. Terrace with garden furniture. Private car parking. The city center is 200 meters and the beach 50 meters. All trips are made on foot. A single row of houses separates us from the beach. The beach is supervised, it is large and perfectly suited to young children. No internet access. Outside of July and August, rental is possible from two nights. Miscellaneous: Children welcome             Non-smoking rental             Pets not allowed             Sheets and towels provided as well as shower gel and shampoo. The apartment must be left clean at the end of the stay. I can find someone to do the cleaning for 30 euros. Please tell me before so that I can organize myself.
