## Space Welcome to my home! Located on the 3rd floor, this 55m2 is a beautiful apartment located within a newly-refurbished building between the 17th and 8th Arrondissement. Relax in the spacious and bright living room which comprises a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to whip up a delicious homecooked meal. You can also find a washing machine if you wish to freshen up your clothes. The bedroom comes with a queen-size bed lined with hotel quality linens, vanity table, and built-in wardrobes to keep your personal possession. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and shower. A hairdryer, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided free of charge at your convenience. My apartment is cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Have a pleasant stay! ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood The apartment is located in the 17th arrondissement of Haussmann, on the edge of the 8th, near the pretty Place des Ternes with its florists, and lined with cafes and restaurants. The district is lively thanks to the Poncelet and Bayen markets, open 7 days a week, offering the best fresh products in Paris (cheeses, meats, fish, fruits, and vegetables ...). A few steps away, the Parc Monceau offers a haven of greenery conducive to walks and daydreams. ## Transit The Metro stations closest to my home are: Ternes - Line 2 Charles de Gaulle Etoile (Line 1, line 2, line 6, RER A) Pereire (Line 3, RER C) If you wish to get to the airport, there is an Air France direct bus line which will take you directly to CDG and Orly airports. ## Notes Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
