Summary: The apartment is furnished in a typical rural Austrian style with lots of wood and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is equipped with all necessities such as TV, radio, WIFI and a large balcony/terrace. Our apartment has no carpeting and is therefore perfectly suitable for allergy sufferers. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove with oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and many more amenities. An extensive lawn and a terrace are located directly at the house. There is also a ski/bike cellar including a shoe dryer. The Space: The apartment III "Komfort-Zirbe" for 2-4 persons is located on the 2nd floor, has approx. 45 m² living space and has 1 living/bedroom /1 further room for 1-2 persons with separate beds /kitchen/ shower/WC, balcony Single or double rooms with shower/WC can also be booked without kitchen on request. The living room/kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Cooking and eating utensils as well as towels and bed linen are sufficiently available. Bread service possible. Flat-TV, free W-LAN/WIFI. Other Things to Note: Our bookings are protected by the registration software Chekin. After you complete the booking, you will need to verify your identity through Chekin by providing personal data and an official ID. The deposit will be temporarily pre-authorized before the stay and released after check-out, provided that no damage claims have been reported.
