Lonely House at the Forest Lawn 10 mins from Omis

Small house (55 m2 on 2 levels) at the lonely forest lawn, surrounded by woods and mountains. Robinson atmosphere, just 11 mins driving from town of Omiš and sea, with parking. Ideal for nature lovers who can enjoy barbecue in front of the house, biking tours, hiking, zipline, rafting and rock climbing. Enjoy the rich gastronomic offer of the region and swim along the sea at Omiš - Brela riviera, the most beautiful Croatian beaches, as well as Cetina river, all up to the half an hour driving. The surface of the house is 55 m2, 41 m2 of ground level consisting of a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a bathroom, and a 14 m2 room on the gallery in the attic. It is built in the concept of open space and all the rooms are located in one large space, giving the house special warmth and airiness. The house can accommodate 5 people, but is ideal for couples. Pets are welcome. The object is powered by electricity from solar panels, with the possibility of additional power over the diesel generator which is located in spare shed. Boiler heats water when the generator is on, and it needs aprox. 1 hour to full heat. Voltage in sockets is 220V. Internet is available through unlimited WiFi connection. There is no air conditioner, but position of the house in the greenery makes it unnecessary - house as well as the surroundings always have mild temperature. Also there is no TV - it just wouldn't fit in robinson type vacation :) Although it is only ten minutes away from the town of Omiš, the house is set in a secluded area surrounded by greenery and a large number of birds that create an idyllic atmosphere with their singing and enjoy the barbecue on the terrace directly connected with the terrain. You can also refresh yourself under the solar shower outside the house. The access road to the house is only a few meters away; house is at the end of the road (also place for parking), so privacy is guaranteed.
