This comfortable and non-smokng villa that can accommodate six people, is located in the spacious resort of Buitengoed Het Lageveld and has a sauna. This resort is near a beautiful, wooded neighbourhood close to Almelo and Enschede in wonderful Twente. This home is set in a serene location in the park on a narrow street, in close proximity to the lake with a sandy beach and many play equipments. This home is a nice starting point for a splendid holiday with children. Garden is completely fenced (from end of September 2014) and is very ideal for a stay with children or dog(s). You can relax in the large garden, which is equipped with outdoor furniture. Living room has a television, DVD player and a stereo player. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and a microwave with oven. Wash room has a washing machine. A bedroom and a bathroom with shower are situated on the ground floor. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. The ground floor is very comfortable as there is floor heating. Other two spacious bedrooms and a beautiful infrared sauna suitable for two people are available on the top floor. There is a playground with equipment such as trampoline and swings in the park. Next to the park, there is a lake that measures 36 hectares, where you can swim and children can have fun. This lake is a swimming and recreational paradise in summer. You can take trips to Hellendoorn Adventure Park (10 km), Pony Park in Slagharen (34 km), Deventer (40 km) and Enschede (40 km). A visit to the beautiful town centre of Wierden is really worthwhile. Enjoy the Turkish steam bath, sauna and hot tub in Wierden and in De Kolk. Take a short drive to Salland Hills National Park, where you can also enjoy a beautiful stroll.
