The modern furnished apartment is located in the basement of our family house in one of the best residential areas Dülmens. Dülmen is located in the heart of the Münsterland between Münster and the Ruhr area. The city is a paradise for cyclists and nature lovers. In the vicinity you will find a wild horse ride, various animal and leisure parks, as well as some interesting old castles and palaces. In the leisure pool DÜP or Joy`n Us you can do sports or just relax. The living area of the apartment is about 80 m². Next to the bedroom with a double bed (seat height 52 cm), has It has a living room, a dining room with a Murphy bed (160x200 bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a new shower room, and a hallway with storage room. Also a terrace with garden furniture and direct access to the apartment belongs to it. Here you can also barbecue. Due to the fact that the apartment is located in the basement, the view is not always the most beautiful, but it compensates for the terrace in our beautiful garden. Here you can watch and hear many wild birds as we feed them all year round. The room temperature in the apartment is in winter and especially in the summer simply said, very pleasant. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are located in a room in front of the apartment. They can be used after request for a small fee (3, - €). Our property is directly adjacent to a large forest area and is located in a very quiet traffic-calmed residential area. Public parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
