Family villa with pool/wirlpool, sauna and more

This beautiful home is nested in the little town called Cepljani not far from Umag and its great beaches like Lovrecica which is only 5 min., drive away. Villa is newly renovated and fully equipped, very tastefully decorated combining rustic and modern details. It has a charm of an old house but with modern comfort. House has everything one can wish for, pool with some shallow parts for small kids as well as some parts with whirl pool. Around the pool are great sun loungers. There is a BBQ and its great surrounding, table for 9 and a roof in case of the rain or too much sun. All the rooms have air-conditions and bathrooms where one have an access to great balcony overlooking the sea and a plasma TV. Children’s playground is accessible just behind the house. For those visiting in out of season months the house has a fireplace, floor heating and a sauna. Guests will get one free lunch/dinner at the owner’s restaurant which is known as one of the best in Umag area.
