Our 40m2 3-bedroom mobile home comfortably accommodates 6 people 1 KITCHEN equipped with dishwasher, 1 parental BEDROOM with private shower room and WC 2 BEDROOMS with storage, 1 BATHROOM comfort with shower 80x80 and washbasin, washing machine, 1 separate WC, 1 LIVING ROOM with dining area, convertible sofa (ideal for 2 children), TV… 1 covered and closed TERRACE with garden furniture and barbecue. POSSIBLE OPTIONS for a lighter suitcase….. - Rental of bed LINEN (9€/person) TOWEL LINEN (6€/person) - End of stay CLEANING package (55€ up to 3 nights, 85€ from 4 nights) - Baby bed + mattress + fitted sheet and/or high chair (€6/night or €30/week/equipment subject to availability) - WIFI box rental (4€/day) - PETS allowed, fees will apply (6€/day or 30€/week) CAMPING : The only 4* campsite by the sea on the peninsula offers numerous activities to delight young and old alike (entertainment, children's club,games, sports activities...) SURROUNDINGS : Skate park, tree climbing, sailing school, thalassotherapy, casino, parachute jump, equestrian center, town center 5 minutes away... We have lowered the price of our rental to let you choose whether or not to order Fun Passes, some holidaymakers preferring to enjoy the sea and its beaches (direct access). On site, the Fun Club (1 or 2 Fun Passes offered depending on availability from 2 consecutive weeks reserved, otherwise paying option / free for 0-3 year olds included) offers you access to the aquatic complex made up of outdoor swimming pools (suitable for adults and for the little ones), an indoor balneotherapy swimming pool (with jacuzzi) and a slide area with its water slides. We will declare your stay at the campsite to allow you to enter the online store and order your fun pass. After declaration (about twenty days before your arrival), you will receive an email with your login details to access the Fun Pass Boutique. Buying them on the shop will allow you to save 20% compared to the sale price on site (only for the total duration of the declared stay). Order your Fun Pass online up to 48 hours before the start of your stay (until Thursday evening for arrival on Saturday). The purchase can also be made on site, at the normal price: Pass for 1 day: €7.90 (blue rate) - €11.70 (yellow rate) and €15.20 (pink rate) Pass for 3 days: €14.20 (blue rate) - €23.10 (yellow rate) and €32 (pink rate) Pass for 7 days: €27.90 (blue rate) - €41.60 (yellow rate) and €56.80 (pink rate) The child rate (4 to 17 years inclusive) corresponds to 50% of the adult rate (free for 0-3 years) Yellow rate: from 09/04 to 01/07 - from 04/09 to 10/09 - 22/10 to 05/11 Pink rate: from 02/07 to 03/09 Blue rate: from 02/04 to 08/04 - from 11/09 to 21/10 The configuration of the accommodation allows teleworking with optional wifi access 4€/day
