(Free wifi both in the attic and in the basement) The house has 6 apartments, one of which is ours and it is composed as follows: attic (55 sqm) on the second floor, with two bedrooms (5 beds): one with kingsize bed and one with 1 single bed and 1 bunk + one bathroom with shower, living room with fireplace and two balconies. From the balcony of the living room you can enjoy an indescribable view of Cortina, the Tofane and all the other mountains. + Basement (45 sq m) on level -1 (6 beds) airy and bright, with no view to the outside, with three bedrooms: one with a double sofa bed and two with a bunk bed (one of which is blind) ). The 2 bunk beds are now transformable in 2 double beds + one bathroom with shower. Maximum 9 adults 11 beds Expenses and final cleaning not included (from eur 250 to eur 400 depending on the number of people and the season) The basement is connected to the attic by common elevator and stairs. Under the house there is a huge covered and enclosed garage, with plenty of parking spaces available. The portion of the garden around the house is of the exclusive use of the groundfloor flats. You can also use the external parking area. Linen is optional 20 eur per person, include sheets, pillowcase and 3 towels. Ca 'de' Nani is very romantic and quiet, the view is dreamy, from the two terraces with stunning sunrises and sunsets. With the good weather forecasting, it definitely worth the small sacrifice to set an alarm very early to witness the unforgettable spectacle of dawn on the Tofane. The house has 11 beds and is fully organized for 11 people, but it fits perfectly to only two people, too, using the attic only. It has always been very beloved, the furniture is new and nice. Completely in the woods with 8000 square meters of green properties, it is often visited by deer. The portion of the garden all around the house is for exclusive use of the owners. Absolutely ideal in every season, in fact, without moving the car, you can go walking and, in winter, with normal snow situation, with skis on, you can get Faloria cable car station as the track connecting Cristallo-Faloria slopes to the city center passes 100 meters below the house; by the same way you can ski back home. Very quiet, very safe, it was built in 2011 with all the newest systems. Near the house, there is the "God Silvano gate" from which, legend says, dwarves and good spirits came into the world. The first house they met was ours; it pleased them so much that they stopped forever ... and called it Ca 'de' Nani !! There are not enough sweet words to express the feelings and sensations related to this house. Originally a beautiful, very special, colony for children (hence the name), wanted by the famous Professor Teo Fasulo to educate children through sports and nature, continued to issue over the years, and still today, an incomparable magic. Totally surrounded by larches, my mother called, rightly, this place, the magic circle! Very beautiful also in autumn, when everything all around becomes gold! *** In winter time, we warmly suggest you to keep snow chains on board even with winter tires. *** With lots of snow, do not use the fireplace, it can be dangerous, because the snow closes the holes where the smoke comes out.
