From Casa Oleandro B you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance. Casa Oleandro B is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a shared Jacuzzi pool, a spacious private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Chiavari, where you will find public transportation and the tourist port. You will find a number of restaurants, shops at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards), the stop for the local bus at 800 meters (2600 feet) and the closest beach (Lido di Chiavari) at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Casa Oleandro B from the street level going up a short private walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 17 stairway steps. To stay at Casa Oleandro B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Please kindly note. Please find a general description of the complex below, and please scroll further down for a description of Casa Oleandro B.Swimming Pool The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a rectangular shape and is deep from 1.5 meter (5 feet) to 2.9 meters (9.5 feet). The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the other buildings and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The swimming pool is open from mid-May. Garden with Jacuzzi pool The garden is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with eight seats. The garden is partly shaded by characteristic trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery, of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance. You will share the garden with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.  Terrace The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery and of the other buildings and of the sea at a distance. Living Room The living room is paved with characteristic wood. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a long sofa and an armchair. In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Kitchen You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate three guests. Bedroom You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed large window with a view of the garden and of the sea at a distance. Bathroom The bathroom is tiled with lucid white majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine.
