Spread over two floors, the single villa with three bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests. It is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards offering a serene view all around. At the edge of the estate, there is a sun terrace and a swimming pool with heating facility and a BBQ- an ideal place to enjoy sea views and indulge in light meals. There is a very special summer kitchen beside the pool which is equipped with utensils and the necessary appliances. On the ground floor, there is an open terrace with dining facility where guests can dine and socialize while admiring the pristine bay area. Beyond cooking and dining, the villa is also well-equipped with recreational and fitness equipment. There is a gym with an exercise bike and treadmill, board games, a basketball court, four bikes and table football. The entrance to the villa is on the ground floor, where there is an entrance hall with a wardrobe and a staircase to the first floor. Here, there is a spacious, bright and luxuriously furnished living room with a leather sofa with a large LCD TV, connected to the dining room and a modern kitchen and offering a panoramic view of the bay. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge. All the bedrooms are on the first floor. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The lovely bedroom has a double bed, a single sofa bed, a large TV, a wardrobe and access to the terrace and an en-suite facility. Bedroom 2: The sea-view bedroom has a stylish double bed, single bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3: The beautiful room has a bunk bed, a single bed and an office corner. Location The villa is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the Slovenian coast - on the Ankaran Peninsula, which is among the most desired areas of Slovenian Istria. Apart from being a well-equipped villa, it also happens to be situated in a well-served location. The restaurant, sea beach, shops and the supermarket- everything is within a kilometre of the holiday villa. For children, the nearby water park is a great place to go. The natural salt pans offer a special Thalasso Spa where guests can pamper themselves with brine swimming, sea salt peeling, mud and brine wraps, massages and more. The capital of Slovenia is an hour\'s drive. It is popular for its environmental friendliness, unique architecture, cultural zones and nightlife. The Karst region with its incredible underground caves- Postojna Cave and Škocjan Caves being the most famous among them- are also at a convenient distance.
