The villa borders on a property which has a separate independent entrance, there lives the house keeper who is at the guests’complete disposal without compromising their privacy. Garden and pool are for exclusive use. The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there’s a wide living room, a kitchen with direct exit to the pergola, a study room and a toilet. The pergola is furnished with tables, chairs and sitting area to relax in the open air. An internal staircase leads to the first floor consisting of two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath. It is possible to add a single bed upon request.
